"The staff here is great!!! The breafest was great always had stuff refilled when low. Hard to get a seat to eat at certian time when it was busy. The property could use a big make over. My room smelled like a wet dog and dog waste. The carpet in my room was stained with dog waste. You should air out a room after you rent it to someone with pets or keep renting out to someone with pets. This place is next to the airport so it is loud until 230am with planes flying low above then the loudness will starts up again around 530am, so dont plan to get a good night rest here. The walls are thin so you can hear people talking and baby crying in the next room. I would not recommend to stay here, maybe i got a bad room but much better places around for the same price and there was a 10 dollar parking fee, just add that to the cost of the hotel and frt rid of that fee"

"Great staff, quick check in and rooms were larger Han expected. Ten minute walk to a bagel shop, biscuit & coffee, chocolate shop and gluten free bakery."

"The staff was very helpful and quick. I checked earlier than the check in time, they were very accommodating. Anytime I needed something a friendly staff member was there. The room was clean, wifi was fast, and the room had a kitchen. The laundry room was clean and tidy. Its coin operated. A friendly staff member helped with getting quarters. "

"Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or exaggerating. I've never seen anything like this before."
