"The hotel was fairly new so everything is modern. The rooms were very clean but pretty small but sufficient. The hotel felt very secure with a fence around it and a gate to get in. The elevator required a room key so nobody could go up that wasn’t a customer. My only complaint was that I booked a room with two queen beds and I was given a room with one king. Since I was traveling with my teenage grandson it wasn’t very convenient. I was told they had no other rooms available."

The staff at the front desk were flat out rude at check in. Could not even tell us how to get to our room and charges us $100 more than what was originally quoted. "

"Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or...

"Beds were so comfortable. Really was delighted with this place after a long day of travel. Wished I could have slept longer than the 5 hours I got due to flights. So close to the airport. "Rooms are CLEAN and comfortable and having a nice kitchen in the room is such a plus. Parking was easy and $10 a night. Breakfast was great with hot options. Laundry and gym were both clean. Our king eoom had a pull out bed in the couch which was nice. Overall great stay and I would stay again. "

"Our first room was covered glitter and hair with soap scum intheshower, moved a new room and there were crumbs in the chair and when we pulled back the bedding it had long hairs on the sheets, luckily third times the charm. They did personally inspect it before moving us to it which was nice. We have never had issues before though and they did address our complaint promptly. "
