Great location in Portland super walkable to everything. We used the valet at $45 a night as parking is a little tricky downtown. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed breakfast both mornings at the restaurant. The rooms were super clean and spacious, had everything we needed.

Nice new hotel in the east end of downtown, but easily walkable to the center of old town, lots of new restaurants nearby, hikes along the Casco Bay. Front desk staff were excellent, warm and welcoming as were the valet team. We enjoyed our stay and visit to Portland.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. We went the last week of August and didn’t have a problem finding street parking at all. Valet is $40 if you don’t want to bother with looking for parking.

Great location. Close to the waterfront, yet far enough removed to be quiet. Great staff and knowledgeable about food recommendations. My only negative was reception was on the fourth floor. I realize on this trip I enjoy a ground floor lobby seating area and bar in which to congregate. Not the same experience when you ride an elevator up several floors.

Everything and everyone was very nice. Would have gave it a higher rating except for the $40 per day parking charge and a surprise $25 amenities fee? They do give $25 a day to offset this fee, it’s a good thing I like oatmeal, because they were out of everything else. It was good oatmeal though😃

Staff were kind and engaging. Someone also ran up a toothbrush and paste as I’d forgotten mine. Hotel was clean and very modern. The room was a good view of the ocean. Location was close to the old port part of Portland. Would recommend to anyone.
