This place is magical! So incredibly charming. The staff is lovely, they feel like a wonderful friend, ensuring you are well taken care of and having a great time! The amenities and service is great: breakfast delivered to the cottage each morning along with an afternoon snack, bikes to bike into downtown Kennebunkport, paddle boards and kayaks to go out on the water, a fire pit to relax at night, patio chairs for each cabin to enjoy your coffee in the morning. The grounds are beautiful and each cottage is so charming. It’s a place that feels like it’s out of a movie or story book. I can’t wait to go back, already planned my next visit on my first day there. I would highly, highly recommend staying here!

The cottages were unique in that they provided your own private space very different than a hotel experience. Staff was warm and welcoming and very informative. Especially loved the homemade treats left on our door each morning! We will be back!

Charming Find

Perfect for couples looking for a getaway. Free kayaking and bikes to ride into town were such a nice touch. Freshly prepared breakfast delivered to your door every morning consisting of juice, a pastry/muffin, and fruit were a great way to start off the day. All staff was super friendly and had great recommendations. The rooms were charming. Small but was perfect for the getaway.

Book it! You won’t regret it!

Peg was a superstar, we have never had a better check-in experience. The whole place was more dreamy than any of the pictures would suggest. The Resturant recommendations were perfect! We loved our cottage! We did not expect the daily breakfast treats and afternoon snacks, that was an unexpected delight. Also the check out bag for the road was so thoughtful and special! I think it was Karin that checked us out. So friendly and absolutely felt the staff had a sense of ownership which made it so much more special. The free use of kayaks, bikes, and the fire pit added to the overall magical experience. Perfect location, in a gorgeous neighborhood close to the picturesque Ocean Drive.

Great stay in cute cottage

We spent 3 nights here at the end of September. The cottage was beautifully furnished and equipped. We had a two bed cottage and the shower room and main bed were very compact but fine for a short stay. The setting is lovely and is a 10 minute walk into lovely Kennebunkport. You can borrow bikes and kayaks to explore the area. We had warm sunny weather - not sure if the cottage is heated in cooler weather though. Would recommend a stay here.
