"My bathroom did not have face clothes. The towels were dingy and grayish. Room 402 is next to the highway and loud. The shower head was broken. The vegetables on breakfast bar were old. The shuttle driver was helpfully mean. They stuff was super amazing and all men."

"We had a very good experience at the Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto and would definitely stay there again when flying out of Lisbon. The location near the airport made it an especially convenient choice for the final part of our vacation, but what stood out most was the consistently excellent service. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well proportioned. It wasn’t especially large, but for an airport hotel and for the amount of time we were actually spending in the room, it worked very well for us....

"L'endroit est parfaitement situé à moins de 10 minutes de l'aéroport. J'ai trouvé que certaines fixtures sur les murs de la salle de bains pendaient, car elles avaient probablement été forcées. Faut seulement faire une inspection de temps a autre et réparer au besoin pour faire plus professionnel."

"Property is tired and old even with the refresh. Main areas have chipping paint in doors. Scent that is sprayed in hallways is too strong. Check in was quick and bags were brought up quickly. Shower did not drain and had to make a call and they promply came up to unclog a giant ball of hair. Pool area is dated. Rust stains all over the floor and the pool floor is covered with vinyl that is lifting. Super convenient area thorough and bed was comfortable Avoid the sky bar at all cost. Waited...

"I’d give 10 stars if possible! We were allowed to drop off our bags in the morning to store until check-in time. The whole place was immaculate, and the manager was extremely helpful. He told us where to find food and shops. We enjoyed seeing people of all ages enjoying walking and talking in the neighborhood around. We walked from and back to the airport - easy to walk or you can take a bus. We’ll stay again if we need a place close to the airport. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderfull restful few days here. Rachael and her family were very kind and helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure their guests were comfortable and happy. Would definitely recommend a stay here to unwind and relax. The hotel is a little bit 'out of the way' so having a car would have made eating out and exploring the area a little easier but we managed fine with taxis which were cheap and readily available.."

"Rooms are really nice, comfortable and clean. Area is also close the airport and safe. Since it’s close to the airport, it can be really loud when the plane flies over u. Owner was able to accommodate for an extra day last minute even when we got moved around to different rooms because we made a mistake with our departure date. Owner is not very responsive however. The hairdryer wasn’t working in the room and it took them a full day to respond. They were just not really good with communication...
