"This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Gerardo, de la réception, m'attendait avec ma chemise lavée et repassée à minuit, debout à l'entrée de l'hôtel !!!!! Wow !!!!! Le jardin, le restaurant, la terrasse, la piscine (avec plusieurs jacuzzis) sont tellement bien entretenus que tout paraît neuf. Le restaurant offre des plats de très belle facture. "The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩 "
