"Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient. "Lovely traditional Portuguese house. The owners were lovely as were the staff. Very prompt dealing with queries. Good transportation into Porto centre or around a 25 minute walk into the Old Town. Breakfast was ideal to start our day. Happily stay again. "
