He went over and beyond making us feel comfortable and happy during our stay and gave us recommendations of events happening in the area which we were very greatful for being able to participate in. The service, the location, the property and the villa all exceeded our expectations. This is truly a hidden gem and a must stay when visiting the Terceira island. "
