"Gamlebyen i Monopoli anbefales. Play del Mar var et et meget godt valg. Kun 5 rom, med kort veg til strand og azurblått hav. Stranden var liten, men mulig å finne plass i sanden eller på klippene. Svømmebassenget var baee 40cm dypt, men deilig etter en kveld i den sjarmerende gamlebyen. Air condition fungerte for rundt 30 grader, men burde nok oppgraderes. Betjeningen vr hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Frokosten var variert og god. Kommer nok tilbake"

The jet bath in the room was a lovely addition, nice and relaxing. Lovely roof top terrace that overlooks the sea and the old town. Hosts were great and offered suggestions for dinner. The room is big enough for a family. The coffee machine turns on at the top :-)"

Enda minuset var att det är en extremt brant och smal trappa från gatuplan upp till lägenheten, kanske fem sex höga trappsteg. Om du är äldre kan det bli väldigt jobbigt att lyfta upp bagaget upp till lägenhetens dörr. Jag nämnder detta då det på riktigt kan bli ett problem för några. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location is convenient – the nearest beach is about an 8-minute drive, and other towns are accessible within 20 minutes to an hour.
Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a large bathroom. We enjoy the patio overlooking the gardens and pool. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool and ending the day with a refreshing spritz.
