"Great location, quite. Loads of parking. Lonely big rooms, lovely breakfast with a nice selection."

Plug in basin did'nt work; pull cord on bathroom mirror only a couple of inches of string left, windows only opened a few inches and badly needed painting, remote control for TV unreadable. Staff pleasant and helpful, meals good and public areas clean and airy. Room 205."

"Undergoing a refurbishment but its an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Some money being poured into it though. Lovely rooms and public areas and the breakfast was brilliant. Staff all very friendly and professional. Will definitely return."

"Expensive room as we wanted a sun balcony - the sun area was in poor condition with weeds around the area and old seagull poo across the furniture. There is obviously plant machinery under the room for the spa so we were sat with that droaning and vibrating which isn’t exactly relaxing Staff in the bar and general food was excellent and enjoyed our evening in the main hotel. Next morning we wanted to have breakfast, check out early to give the room back and then spend some time in the Spa but the pool was full and we were left with a choice of waiting in the car until potentially some became available (already a queue of 3 groups waiting) or just leave and find something else to do. Sadly we chose the latter so our hotel/spa stay left us with no access to the spa facilities. Really poor and much better choice at other hotels in the SW which is a shame as we had been looking forward to visiting here "
