"Clean, no contact check in , modern"

"The room was clean but you could smell the room before you even opened the door. Wasn't sure if it was cleanser or air freshener or what but it was overwhelming and hard to relax. Also the room was so small you could barely walk around the beds to get to the sink (which was oddly far away from the bathroom) or the bathroom itself. Was not a welcoming environment in the room at all. The river in back was nice but the property itself is right off a main road with railroad tracks you have to cross...

"Such a beautified property set right in the river. Will definitely stay again. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was TV in the room was not working properly but only being there for one night it wasn’t a big deal."

"Property was just across the street from the Casino! Stayed there to see a concert. Room was clean and spacious."

"I was impressed by this hotel and casino. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had many things to do from the casino, outdoor swimming pool, and food selection on site. This hotel provided us a great way to enjoy the outdoor of the Smoky Mountains during the day and then fun in the casino at night. This will be a hotel that we will remember for future get aways."
