"Microwave didn’t work so I was moved to another room. That microwave in that room didn’t work either. Staff was trying to be helpful, but had limited ability to fix anything well as she was the only staff on property that afternoon. Room was clean and comfortable. Just took over an hour to settle in a room and gave up on a working microwave. "

"I absolutely love staying here. I travel alone most of the time to come and take care of my mom. The staff here are so considerate and friendly. You can't walk by the desk without them asking if everything is ok. Which makes me feel a little less alone. The rooms are comfortable and clean! The Breakfast is amazing. It takes a team to run something like this and every single person is amazing! I will be staying here the next time my mom needs me!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
