"In a rural Uyuni, this hotel is an oasis at reasonable rate. It is modern, newly built, clean. It is located in the city center. Room has good size. Bathroom is decent. Only complaint is about lacking of an elevator. They provide oxygen and coco tea to help you to overcome altitude sickness."
"The staff and amenities were great, but I feel like our room was not. The room had a weird stench in it, we thought at first that it came from the wind, but when we closed the window the smell stayed. It smelled like feces, it was weird. The salt ceiling also had insulation foam just bubbling in it, which I would have preferred that they cut out, it kind of ruined the affect. I was also particularly annoyed at arranging spa services. I messaged the hotel before I came and was told to wait until I got there, when I got there things were mostly booked. I booked a spa service for 9pm that night, I was worried there was a chance we would do an activity and get back late, so I asked the spa reception if that happened if I could just contact the hotel to speak to her and she said I could. So that night, when we had an activity I thought was running late, I tried REALLY hard to contact the hotel and was literally unable to do so. The phone number listed on their google and website isn't an answered number - but you don't find that out until you add it in WhatsApp and send a message. I messaged the hotel through WhatsApp and through Expedia and they didn't timely respond, I also messaged through their chat service and no response. When I FINALLY received a response it was to say that I couldn't reschedule my spa service or it would be viewed as a cancellation. Luckily I was able to make my appointment in the end, but I was HIGHLY frustrated by the experience. "
"Clean room, friendly staff and simple breakfast provided each morning downstairs. Some of the photos did not reflect the actual hotel (there were some common sitting areas ect. Displayed in the photos). Shower remains quite cold, I managed to get one warm one in the middle of the day! Rooms were warm enough and only the bathroom window opens so cold air doesn’t really get in! "
