"zuri is our home away from home! When we travel to Iloilo we always stay in Zuri, unless if it's sold out. We wanted to stay there this 26th and 27th but they were sold out, so we have to pick another hotel! We're pissed off!"

"The hotel itself is nice, Diversion road is always busy and not much sound barrier. No smoking allowed in the whole city. So if you smoke and get caught you get a fine. It makes you feel like a criminal for smoking cigarettes."

"Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!"
