Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, salsas, waffle maker, yogurt, hot oatmeal, toast, bagels, apple orange juice, coffee, tea. Kitchen and bar menu with convenient store. Nice lobby, nice large indoor lounge nice large outdoor patio lounge with fire. "

"Need treadmill, a basic fitness machine. Shower drained slowly. Bathroom door trolley system was noisy due to loose and missing hardware. Need simple green tea. Need more gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast. Sign said major allergens, but no labels elsewhere. No hardboiled eggs in stock. Keycard was annoying for elevator, but maybe a necessity. if so, volunteer more than 2 keycards for family. Tree branch had fallen in parking lot, other trees looked to be cracking, so need tree...

"It was a clean, quiet room and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear the interstate, which was a nice surprise considering the close proximity. Our only complaint was that the ice machine had dirty looking ice...but we did report it. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool & hot tub, and missed breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels that we've stayed at."

"The staff was very unhelpful and attempted to charge us again even though the room had already been paid for. This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended...
