He speaks very good English and went above and beyond for me. The one night that I was not able to see the people I came to visit Igor gave me a suggestion for supper and helped me order it. "The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive. "
