Højdeforskellen på hotellet og der er ikke elevator. Der er restauranter i nærheden i vila geres . Et dejligt hotel med søde værter."

"there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...

"O Hotel é muito bom, assim como o Spa. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis e o pequeno almoço é bom, com muita variedade. Não dou 5 estrelas porque o ar condicionado não funcionava, e o quarto esteve sempre muito quente. Tivemos que abrir as janelas para conter o problema."
