"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in...

"The room smelled of milll dew. It wasn’t properly cleaned. WiFi was not made available at the front desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. The powdered eggs had a fishy smell and were inetable . The sausage didn’t appear to be real meat. The staff hovered over the breakfast bar and gave the guests the impression he was watching over to much consumption. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!!!"

"Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room...

"Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. "

"Horrible night. Dogs across the hall from us barking all night long. Breakfast was really good and the bed was soft even though we didn’t sleep at all cause of the dogs. "

"The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better."

"Parking felt safe and well lit but there was a large gap around the frame of the door so we could hear and see everyone that walked by."

"The ad said that breakfast was included. My confirmation email said it was "light" breakfast. I was ok that this cost $25 more than other places with no breakfast. However, I was lured in by the breakfast and bait and switched with this supposed light one. The juice machine was broke, and the only food available was oatmeal packets. I've had places that had light breakfast but this was completely misleading and I won't ever go there again."

"Not the best place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and they do not offer cleaning services. Rooms were ok, bathtub was clogged and we were give a plastic wand to unclog it. Not a great experience. "
