"Did not like having no staff at reception. No customer service, no number to call for help with problems. Musty smell in room Only one dim lamp in room. TV not working nobody responded to my text.eill not staying there again. Room next door had pole of rags or clothes visible in front of curtain. Cigarette butts on dirty stairway. Ick."

"OMG! We are staying there again!! The staff were really friendly and so helpful. My husband loved the downstairs lounge. He was able to catch up on a YouTube channel he watches in real comfort. The breakfast is usually a sticking point with him. Not here. He had everything his big heart desired AND the bacon was crispy. A rare occurrence and it wasn’t a fluke. We didn’t us the gym as I made him walk up Sugarloaf Mountain. Twenty two flights of stairs I think it was. Reception had just about...

"First, the customer service was top notch. Friendly and efficient check in. Second, two hour after checking out and several miles away from the hotel, I got a call that my wedding ring had been left behind. The honesty and helpfulness of the staff was so appreciated ! Now, the beds are quite firm and not the most comfortable, and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything. The property was clean and space was roomy."

"Clean, new(ish). Pool wasn't open when we checked in but the exercise room was clean, well-stocked and easy to use (24 hrs/day). Two nits to pick -- the mattresses were rather hard. And there were no bedside lamps -- only an overhead lamp in between the two beds for which the switch was on the wall requiring you to get out of bed to turn off the light. Otherwise, it was great. Would stay there again."

"Really needs an upgrade! Staffwas great! Also we brought our dog & asked for a room near an exit door to take her out. Our room was right next to the exit & when you went out the door there was no grass to be found & it emphasized how run down the hotel is. If it was upgraded, we’d plan on staying more, great location, walking to downtown area is awesome."

"The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area."

"Clean rooms. Had a long wait for someone to check us in. Breakfast was OK, not much to choose over waffles."

"Over all our stay was comfortable enjoyable. We had an incident where we left some snacks in the room The maid’s came and cleaned it we got back and our bag of snacks were gone. Reported it the clerk said he would check into it gave us a little bit of a discount so that was helpful."
