"The staff was wildly accommodating and kind. We arrived after 1pm and young lady behind the desk welcomed us with a smile, warm cookies and a bag of waters (to beat the heat). Since we were arriving so late, it was challenging to book the room for the correct check in time. She helped us and even allowed for a super late check out. Couldn’t be more pleased."

They should have to notify people of this, regardless if it is a third party reservation. I made the reservation at least a month and a half ago. I should have been notified personally, not just them posting it on their website.."
