"Io e la mia bambina abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo breve soggiorno presso Villa Carlo Resort. Il personale è molto gentile è disponibile, le stanze molto curate e pulitissime. Lo spazio esterno con la piscina è molto bello e ci sono numerosi spazi in cui potersi godere l'esterno. La colazione è molto ricca e varia, con buffet di pietanze dolci e salate e frutta di stagione. Torneremo sicuramente."

They have one area for improvement: no wine glasses, no tea and no coffee in the room. Another problem is that I suspect their Wi-Fi is hacked. "This property has to be my favourite of all time- and I’ve travelled a lot! I was gutted we only had one night here! I would recommend coming by bike or car here. It has a bbq area, washing machine, pool, jacquzzi and fantastic bar! The staff are so helpful too."

"Easy parking round the back of the Hotel Breakfast was basic but good. Offered omelettes/ scrambled eggs some mornings! Good coffee with breakfast but can be left waiting for it. Hotel requires the room key to be handed to reception when leaving the premises then collected when you return. ( weird , but caused me no issues ) Free x4 bikes to use, could do with some maintenance but managed to make do. Fridge in room - small but useful. A/C in room very cool Shower / bathroom lovely"

"Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”."

Per la poca differenza ho chiesto upgrade da executive a suite, essere al piano superiore con terrazzino e vista vale sicuramente la differenza. "Der Eigentümer spricht zwar kein Englisch, aber dank moderner Technik konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage mitten im Dorf ist 1+ mit Sternchen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick war lecker und umfangreich. Gerne wieder."
