The customer service was excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept like a baby. AC, TV everything was just fine. "Overall, the property was nice and I would certainly return again. The pool was very lackluster, but I wasn’t staying there for the pool so that is minuscule. The staff was very friendly for check-in and check out. I can’t speak on behalf of their breakfast because the first morning I met family for breakfast and the following morning I had to leave so early that I didn’t get a chance to give it a try but the first morning it smelled really good."

"Poor customer service on graveyard shift, Us & our granddaughter arrived late 1045pm, had to leave at 4am for long ride ahead, room was ok except for one important thing, it had No towels or washcloths, I went to the front desk-now the 3rd shift, asked for towels, he barely moved 2 feet & looked in laundry behind desk & said we have none, this was bullcrap, no apologies & manager not in til' 8am, what lousy customer service this was, after I upgraded from 1 king to 2 queen size, I bet there was...

"Every amenity was closed (pool, hot tub and restaurant) which was the only reason for staying at this hotel! When we got to the room the blinds were falling off and the there wasnt any toilet paper, the TV won't allow Netflix or any other streaming service even once connected to the internet and when the front desk was asked they said that I would need a laptop and they dont know why but the tvs have never worked! This hotel was a waste of money and I will never be back!"
