"Location close to the old town Square was very concenient. Unfortunately, there were unmade beds and wet towels in the bathroom when we arrived. When we phones the reception they were unable to resolve the issue until we communicated the issue via What's App and requires us to send photos of the problem. The WC/shower/sink are are very tight with no ventilation. The unit is not air conditioned but there was a standing fan available which was very helpful on a hot day."

"We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."

"Excellent area to stay. On tram line, plus walkable distance to old town. Right on the water where you can enjoy the nightlife or afternoon stroll Hotel is not manned with a reception so you must understand you need to wait until check in time to get the code for door. Room was spacious and clean with pretty much anything you’d need."

"Great location near the city center for our 6-night stay in May. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm, and having one side of the bed against the wall was inconvenient for a couple. They also forgot to replenish the shampoo (we had to use our own), and room policies mean towels aren't changed. Overall, it’s okay, but definitely below 3-star quality."

"The apartment was lovely and in a quiet street but no more than 10 mins walk from cafes, bars and attractions. The whole place was a little oasis of calm. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and the view of the castle from the upstairs bedroom was spectacular. The only negative was we booked as a three bedroom apartment but when we arrived one of the beds is actually in the kitchen living area, not a problem for us as we were travelling as a family but something to bare in mind if...

"Kitchen was well-equiped, house-keeping was done daily. Superb location near attractions and food options. Only complaint was that the wifi was quite slow."
