I had a great room, cleaned every day The breakfast was good and the staff kind and caring,the hotel is located very close to the metro and bus stations, supermarket and restaurants are near and the shopping mall is a short waking distance or a metro station away. I recommend staying here

Wonderful! Executive King room really nice and spacious. Breakfast was deluxe and the Executive Lounge a really nice place to relax in the evening. Hotel staff was terrific! Ivan at the desk was top notch for customer service. Super easy to access the "A" line for the Metro which had us downtown to all of the major attractions in 10 minutes. Also, trams and buses were easy to access.

This hotel is great!! We stayed in a junior suite, and had access to the absolutely wonderful Executive Lounge. Location is good, about 5 stops on the metro from the centre. If we had 1 negative, it would be the hot buffet at breakfast was not that hot.

Room was very comfortable, great transport links to get you into the centre quickly. Very good breakfast selection and nice surprise gift on arrival! Loved the pianists playing in the lobby. Would definitely stay again
