Die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch eine ideale Lage aus. Die Zimmer sind im historischen Stil gehalten, was zum Charme der Stadt passt. Verbesserungspotenzial besteht jedoch im Frühstücksbereich: Die Räumlichkeiten sind eng, verwinkelt und dunkel, zudem ist die Auswahl eher begrenzt.

Hyvää hotelli! Suosittelen kaikille.

Hyvä hotelli. Täyttää kolmen tähden tittelinsä. Hotellilla hyvä sijainti. Kaikki nähtävyydet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Upeita aamiaisia. Hotellihuone oli puhdas, puhtaat pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä. Minimatkamme jälkeen jäi erittäin positiivisiin vaikutelma!! Suosittelen kaikille!!!

Das Hotel fand ich sehr ruhig gelegen und von der Ausstattung her sehr gepflegt. Allerdings sehr sanierungsbedürftig, was mich jedoch keineswegs gestört hat. Was ich aber im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes sehr abschreckend fand, war das kuriöse Frühstück. Alles lauwarm, alltes, Gepäck - nicht mal ein Rührei vorhanden. Qualität 0.

Der erste Eindruck der Unterkunft war mit einer bösen Vorahnung verbunden da das Gebäude von außen ziemlich verfallen und ramponiert aussah. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen stellten wir fest dass es im Bad und der Toilette ziemlich viel Schimmel gab und dass der Boden extrem schmutzig war. Im Toilettenbecken befand sich eine braune Masse die sich wahrscheinlich schon festgesetzt hatte und das Toilettenbecken mit Sicherheit mehrere Monate nicht mehr vernünftig mit Toilettenreiniger oder anderen Reinigungsmitteln gesäubert war. Auch der Teppich im Schlafraum war schlecht bis gar nicht gereinigt. Als ich darum bat mit dem Management zu sprechen war natürlich keiner greifbar man merkte dass sich das Management um das Hotel überhaupt nicht kümmert denn es waren immer nur ein paar Aushilfen wahrscheinlich junge Studentinnen an der Rezeption die sich um nichts kümmerten. Als ich um ein neues Zimmer bat, wegen dem Schmutz und dem Schimmel kredenste Mann uns wirklich ein viel kleineres und noch schmutzigeres Zimmer. Daraufhin bat ich das ursprüngliche Zimmer zu säubern. Als wir gegen Abend zurückkamen war zwar der Boden ein wenig gewischt aber Schimmel und die verschmutzte Toilette mit Restexkrementen sah aus wie zuvor. Wir versuchten dann das Toilettenbecken und den verschimmelten Badewannenrand so gut wie möglich zu reinigen. Frühstück im Keller wo Farbe und Putz von den Wänden bröckelte.

It could be a be better, the shower room had mildew on the wall and the drain was clogged, I keep the towels on the rack to keep using but the cleaning lady was charging every day but she was not cleaning the bathroom ☹️

Tres bien situé a proximite du chateau et du tramway. Les petits dejeuners semblaient bien, mais ne les avons pas pris sur place. Notre chambre etait tres mal aérée, devenant tres chaude le jour. Ascenseur bruyant; eviter les chambres a proximite. Personnel tres peu avenant.

Ottima la posizione dell' hotel, con vista del monastero Loreta dalla nostra camera, per raggiungere il Castello ed il centro di Praga sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici La fermata dei tram si trova proprio difronte all hotel Molto comodo il grande parcheggio, chiuso da una sbarra, dove lasciare custodita l auto per chi, come noi, raggiunge la città in auto La struttura estremamente è molto trascurata e non invoglia ad entrarci Ma non lasciatevi ingannare dall' esterno e dalla reception in quanto le camere ed il resto della struttura sono più curate La nostra camera era molto piccola (un po' troppo piccola) ma con una splendida vista Sulla pulizia non possiamo dare un ottimo giudizio in quanto la camera veniva, a nostro avviso, solo sistemata (rifacimento letti e cambio asciugamani, senza pulizia del bagno e degli arredi) La colazione molto abbondante con più cibo salati, e piatti tipici cechi, rispetto a quelli dolci Nel complesso siamo stati contenti di aver soggiornato in questa struttura!

WIFI is non existing, hotel is decent

The hotel lies outside of where "stuff" happens - so be prepared for long walks up and down steep hills. On the plus side there are almost no traffic so you can sleep with windows open easily. The hotel is old'ish and could do with a refurb. The wifi they advertise is amongst the worst wifi's I have had the "pleasure" of using on a hotel. Either their router is in the lobby and they have no repeaters - or its just very poor. The fact is that our plans about watching a movie at night was not possible - speedtest said around 1KB/s - so we had to use our data plans. The staff was not very friendly, but not unfriendly either - which I think might be caused by their english not being very good. ( I am not a native english speaker myself). We had a room just next to the elevator, which was not ideal since the elvator made a lot of noise every time it was used, so it was hard to fall asleep. The morning buffet was realitively good considering the price - lots of local treats. Overall a good experience - but if I had to stay here again - I would ask for a room furthest away from the elevator - and a room where the wifi was actually working.

The breakfast buffet was excellent! The room was a decent size but a bit dated. You need to put your room card in a slot by the door to turn on the lights. Great location but initially difficult to find the onsite parking late at night. Overall good value for the price.
