The hotel is located within walking distance of Wenceslas Square, the clock, and so much more! It is very loud and hot if you come before the air conditioning is turned on (May) because the open window means all the sounds travel into your room. The breakfast was awesome and free. Our keys kept getting demagnetized which was annoying- we had to go down twice on two different days to get them redone. The hotel does not have usb plugs so make sure you bring an adapter as they also don’t have any for you to borrow. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is also not far from public transit which is the best way to travel the city.

Det absolut bästa var närheten till allt. Personalen var så serviceminded som Tjecker brukar vara. Frukosten var klart över förväntan. Riktigt bra. Minus var tyvärr att städarna stal min tumring vid första städningen.

L'albergo è in centro a Praga e vicino alla fermata della metro. Le camere e i bagni devono essere stati rifatti da poco .e sono molto belle e pulite. Organizza anche un servizio di taxi a pagamento da e per l'aeroporto. La colazione è varia e abbondante .Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

I would never recommend this hotel ti any1 unless service is not important. Location is good . The room i was given first was not the room i saw online and booked . I was provided different room . Went back to the reception and i was told they did not have the picture of that room that is why they uploaded the superior room picture. I insisted to give me the room i saw in expedia and booked for . I was given the room i saw. But unfortunately there are no celling lights in the room just two small lamps. It was too dark for a room in a hotel of stars they claim. On the description it said 50 inch tv. Sorry to disappoint its only a 32 inch. There are no free waters bottle . And for toiletries it was only 2 body lotion in the toilet. Breakfast was very basic. Staffs are just ok. But could have been more better with a smile . Breakfast area customer service was very poor. Do not expect a smile. I would like to claim refund. 😔😔

Hotellet var nemt at finde, lokation er den bedste for den summa peng vi har givet, indcheckning var nemt og udcheckning. Sikkert områder at færdes i hele døgnet rundt. Receptionister er Den første man møder i hotellet og det er derfor ret vigtigt at man møder gæsterne med et smil når man træder ind ad døren og er opmærksom på at give kunden en oplevelse. Og det blev bedre efter nogle dage. Men der er plads for forbedringer. Morgen Mad er Ok og detsamme hver dage men det bliver, til en bedre oplevelse på grund af personale til stede. Rengøring af rummet er ikke gode nok. Første check ind dage kunne jeg se allerede at der var ikke gjort rent ordentligt i det rum vi fik tildelt, da der var flaske kapsel bag sofaen, læder sofaen har snavs,små sten ved indgang m.m. Tæppe på gulvet burde smides ude, da man tager alt snavs fra gaden ind i rummet, vi købte sandaler for at ikke behøve gå på tæpper. Persienner på Wc badrum skal også ud og skiftes med noget andet. Gardinerne i rummet burde have en stang så det er nemt at trække frem og tilbage, send den til vaskeriet også. Hele hotellet ser, Meget slidt ud. Hvis man investerer i personalets arbejdes tøj, kundeservice oplæring, rengøring og opgradere værelserne. Kan denne hotel forvandles til en hip og dyrt hotel, som gæsterne vil sikkert betale for, grund den er lokaliseret i midten af Strøget, hele Prauges seværdigheder. Alligevel vil jeg som første gangs besøger i Prag sige tak til hotellets personale.

Hôtel 4* bien placé, mais le prix 160,00 € la nuitée ne correspond pas à une chambre de cette catégorie. Dans notre chambre 313 au 3ème étage, nous étions toutes les nuits dérangés par le bruit qui remontait de la rue (balayeuse, cris et discussions des passants, camions poubelles…). Par ailleurs, nous étions obligés de laisser une fenêtre ouverte car de fortes odeurs d’égoût s’échappaient des canalisations de la salle de bain et empuantissaient la chambre. L’accueil très peu chaleureux et turn-over des préposés important. En quatre jours, nous avons vu 7 ou personnes différentes.

Very pleasant place
We really enjoyed our six days/nights at the Friday Hotel. The best thing about this hotel is its location, near Wenceslas Square and proximate to all the wonders of Prague. The carpeting in the common areas is a little worn and we found that off putting. But the room was clean and confortable. The breakfast is very good. We had a pleasant stay in Prague.

The room wasn’t quite as nice as the images showed although I’m sure some of the rooms were nicer than others. There was silverfish in the bathroom and a cabbagey smell coming out of the drain. There was also a lot of noise in the morning as the bins were collected in the street but the location was very convenient. The vents were loud in the room and there was no way to turn it down that we could find. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, the free tea and coffee was much appreciated.

The breakfast was nice, best part by far. Otherwise my room was not at all as pictured, stained carpeting, sheets with old stains, signs saying not to use towels to wash makeup off your face, dark, dirty hallways, homeless sleeping outside with no security set up at least before 9-10:30pm.
