The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - probably one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. The location was perfect - could walk to the Old Town in under 10 minutes, which was ideal for the Christmas Markets. The beds were comfortable and room was very quiet. If I ever go back to Prague then I'd 100% stay here again.

The hotel is convenient located in the old town. All staff are very professional and helpful especially concierge Bilal. Bilal gave us lots of recommendation on local restaurants and sightseeing spots. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we visit Prague again.
