The hotel is very nice , rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice design. The only missing thing is a nice lobby to Seat down relax and meeting othe guests. The location is a bit far from Old town

Great location and smart hotel, just missing a bar

Loved the hotel. Location great. Easy walking distance from all sites, bars and restaurants. The only thing missing, considering this is classed as a 5* hotel is a hotel bar. There was an adjoining restaurant, but it was very much detached from the hotel. It wasn’t conducive to just ‘meeting up in the hotel bar’.

Spacious clean modern room in a nice hotel, conveniently located about 15-20 min walk from the main train station and close to tram and metro lines to get around the city if needed - although we were able to walk to everything we needed most of the holiday! Minor note would be that on the booking it gave us a free bottle of wine for our stay but we didnt end up drinking ours as they only give you white wine - it would have been better to have the option of red or white as it meant we missed out on this perk as neither of us drink white wine. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shower gel they provided, they smelled incredible! The shower room had a really powerful hot shower which was wonderful! Luggage storage, 24/7 front desk and the shoe shine/care machine are great additions!

Nice stay in reasonable value

The hotel it is in a good spot to walk around Prague, walking distance from Old Town and malls where you can find fast food from chains but nothing really loval. The staff were friendly helpful (Rina was amazing) and you can ask them for suggestions. There is also a luggage storage available. The room wasn't so big but enough for us. It was clean expecially the bathroom. There is a big screen, air conditioning and toiletries available. Restaurant is based on the ground floor but there is no room service. We didn't try the food. Not far from the underground but we used a taxi. The price was reasonable and overall it is not a bad choice especially if you are willing ti explore the beautiful city of Prague.
