"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

The hotel offers a great breakfast, good food options in a relaxing space with excellent service. The concierge was also super helpful and arranged two private tours for us during our stay and an accommodated a change in our schedule. The hotel has AC, but our room was still fairly warm most our stay despite having it at the maximum settings."
