"This hotel room attacked me with bed bugs I have bites all over me . Manager is in denial says in 30 years of managing hotels she has never had this happen. I am especially annoyed that she is lying straight up. I get it it happens it doesnt mean they are dirty or bad but at least see my body and admit it ? She took photos and all she offered was a taxi to the rail station which is 3 minutes away ."

"Wow just wow, This hotel is amazing if We can give 10 stars we will. It has everything we need while in this beautiful and magical City of Prague. The Hotel is closed to public transport where Prague has the most efficient public transport system. The Room is big and very comfy, functional nice bathroom and rituals products for shower and lotion, very clean, has a mini fridge. Staff are all friendly and accommodating, welcoming.
