"As many reviews have stated, the hotel is dated and definitely beyond its prime. The location is nice and close to Angra, the breakfast buffet is okay, the pool is nice for families (not ideal for a couple or romantic getaway), and the views are great. "Rooms are comfortable and stuffed with needful things like fridge and television. The bathroom is a bit tiny and the bath/shower itself is vintage but usable.
The personal especially at the reception desk is very helpful and friendly.
Going to the breakfast, it is split in two stations - left is the fruit and cereal corner and right is the rest like intercontinental breakfast. The food is very fresh and breakfast time is as normal.

"Lovely modern hotel about 15 minute walk from the center of Angra. Having on-site secure parking was super convenient. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast very good.
