Most staff is fluent in English and they seek to anticipate your needs. Attention to detail here that you expect at a luxury resort. High standards will remind you of US and European resorts."

Já conhecíamos o bistrô de uma outra viagem, que serve refeições muito saborosas. O quarto em que ficamos foi bem confortável e a pousada toda tem uma decoração cuidadosa. Mosquitos invaded the room in the first night, so we bought repelent for the second night. Furniture is old also. We would get back to Il Campanário but in another apartment. "

Negatives ; there was a smell coming from the bathroom that the prop manager did not even attempt to resolve. I sent 2 messages that went unanswered. This hotel is setup to fend for yourself. I ran into a maintenance worker and to her about the stench and she just shrugged. For that reason I would say this place was overpriced and would not go back. "
