"Showed up at 3:15 to check in and was told to go away and come back in 30 minutes. Not a good first impression. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The toilet ran the entire time we were there. The pool was out of commission for most of the time we were there once due to it being fouled and the next day there was a power outage for the entire day!.. not the hotels fault but they did nothing to compensate their guests at all.. a meal voucher or something would have been appreciated. This was also the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in their quiet hours are not enforced by staff at all. I won’t book here again. "

"I fell at the front entrance because the ice. The front desk guy didn't charge me the daily parking fees. I didn't feel well on my neck since I completely fell on my back. No notes pad or pen/pencil in the room. The body lotion bottle on the wall was empty. I didn't ask the house keeper to refill since I thought she would refill the next day. She didn't. Breakfast is ok with limited choices."

"My first time staying at Humphry's in Winnipeg. I booked the room with a jacuzzi for a weekend "stay-cation". The room was very dated with many worn spots in the drapery allowing light through. The smell of cigarette smoke wafted through every hour or so - maybe the vents had issues? The jacuzzi seemed cleaned but it was very dated, with poorly patched areas on the walls above and around it - I did not use it at all... the room overall just made me feel gross. The bed was comfortable and the linen appeared clean, however, the cleaning staff came in while I was out for the day and when I got back the bed was made with the exact same linen. I was told they should be washing the linen and putting in fresh linen but I knew this wasn't done because there was a small drop of blood on the sheet - I had cut my ankle while shaving - and it was still there as they had only just tried to wipe it off. I thought this was a higher end hotel but it absolutely is not. It reminded me of an old Motel with a few unkept bells and whistles. I would NOT recommend this hotel."

"Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors."
