We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated. "Very convenient location."

"The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent reception lady, really friendly. Lovely hotel, very clean, perfectly placed, great having a pool there, breakfast ok, the bar across from the hotel had a great atmosphere and great ice cream! Only downsides were beds and pillows are rock hard and they could do with another mirror in the room. Otherwise really happy with our stay there."

"Uns hat es gefallen. Für den Hind war sogar ein Napf schon im Zimmer vorbereitet nebst einem kleinen Körbchen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und man konnte direkt beim hotel mit dem Hund Gassi gehen.das Frühstück war im Marche' nebenan und richtig gut. Tolle Auswahl. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, können das Hotel aber vor allem für Hundebesitzer empfehlen."

"Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable."

Die Preise haben sich sehr stark nach oben entwickelt, aber an der Ausstattung und Umfeld wurde nichts investiert. Die Essenqualität und das Ambiente ist für italienische Verhältnisse nicht berauschend. Auch das Frühstück ist nicht mehr so wie früher. Man muss nun seine Speisen bestellen. Bei uns war ca. 1 Std vor Ende nur noch Reste vom Obst und Gemüsebuffet vorhanden. Was mich persönlich extrem verärgert hat,...

"Although it was only a short stay, we enjoyed Locanda Alberti. The location very close to the lakeside and walkable from the train station is perfect. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable."
