Sehr schade...

"The rooms, while small compared to most U.S. hotels were very nice and comfortable.
The bed was very comfortable as well.
The one thing we would like to have seen is more places to hang used towels.
We're not in Milan to spend time in our room so the room worked very well.
The staff is really friendly and very helpful.
We needed some distilled water for my wife's CPAP and Clare at the front desk looked up a few pharmacies and helped me get a route to the nearest one.
While we did not...

"The hotel was just across from Milano Centrale so that was excellent and the Metro only 4 stops from central Milan. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The hotel was fine - very expensive for what it was but ok. We only stayed for 1 night, to be honest I wouldn't wanted to have stayed for much longer. The hotel feels a little tired and the room was very small but for an overnight stay it was ok."
