"Surpassed my expectations. Booked this hotel as close to the Charite Mitte Campus and was good value for money. I was taken aback by the vibe, facilities and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and maintained extremely well. This was a business trip but I would definitely come back with family too."

"The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the TV tower and shopping mall. The only issue was with our room that had a smell from the sewer, but would less when the air conditioner was running."

Quite compact, I was in a double room on my own and there wasn’t much space or storage for my 5 days of clothes etc. looks like the hotel has been renovated recently, everything pretty fresh and functional. Great little gym which I was very glad of, all new equipment."

"We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast selection was extremely limited — mostly watermelon and arugula, with no pancakes or child-friendly options for kids. There was only one person making omelets, and overall the breakfast felt very poor and unorganized. If you came later, many items were already gone and not refilled. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets had stains, there was a lot of trash behind the bed, and the wardrobe and doors had strange red stains that looked like blood. The refrigerator did not work, the air conditioning did not work, and the windows faced directly toward metro, tram, and train lines, making it almost impossible to sleep because of the noise. Room cleaning service was supposed to be provided daily, but during our 5-night stay nobody came even once to clean the room, change the bedding, or refill tea and coffee supplies. At the coffee station there were empty used coffee cups left out for a long time. We had booked a more expensive and larger room, but all the rooms we received were exactly the same. The service overall was poor. We also asked if breakfast could be prepared to take away because of our early flight, but the hotel refused. The hallways were dirty, the promised bathrobes were missing, and access to the spa area was not available as expected. Sadly, this hotel does not deserve even three stars . Given the poor quality of the breakfast, we kindly request a refund for the breakfast char"

"Breakfast had a wonderful selection. Bar was nice. Did not eat dinner. Staff were somewhat friendly. The location ended up not being convenient for our activities. I booked the wrong neighborhood."

El desayuno (por 23 euros) es un buffet bastante con completo con opciones dulces, saladas, panes, frutas, fiambres, bebidas, etc."
