"Very run down. Shower is dirty looking including the shower curtain. The grout has mold. You can hear everything outside specially all the honking. Just soap for toiletries, no shampoo. No where to hang the towel in the bathroom, it was rolled up on the bed. Very shady atmosphere. "

" Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one. After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. "Very close to Starbucks, Wong Grocery, very good restaurants of wide variety. One block from Javier Prado a major street where one can take a bus, only 8 soles to go to Mall, easy and safe to walk. Walking distance to Country Club hotel but an inexpensive taxi ride if elderly."

"Lastimosamente la atención en recepción fue un poco ruda a EXCEPCIÓN de la Señorita Carolina que fue quien me motivó a continuar en el establecimiento por si excelente atención. Del resto iniciaron a limpiar la habitación y dejaron las sábanas tiradas, jabón en polvo regado en el baños, no se llevaron la basura y cuándo llamé a las 4:00pm me indicaron que debía esperar. En hoteles regulares se hace la habitación en la mañana, no se deja así. "
