While we understand that hosting a national team is a special event, no prior notice was provided to guests about the significant impact this would have on the hotel experience. "We stayed here as a base to watch Scotland play Morocco in WC2026. This was the PERFECT location and the manager Dave went above and beyond all possible expectations to make our stay truly memorable. I have never met a more hospitable and fun manager. It felt like he was hosting us in his home - he cheered us on before the match, and commiserated with us afterwards. Despite the result (Scotland lost), our stay was wonderful and I would give this Marriott Courtyard (and Dave) 6 stars if I could."

"All in all a great hotel. Everywhere was very clean, the staff were friendly and it was evident they were upgrading parts of the hotel but doing it in a manner which had no effect on the use of facilities"

"You get what you pay for basically and don't expect much for what you get. Minimal accommodations with mini kitchen and full fridge (which bumps it's score). An arm chair that looked as though it was pulled from the nearby homeless encampment and an empty, dull space with no character. At least the shower had good pressure and the bed was ok. Maybe give it some well needed TLC and an area rug in the room perhaps to bring some much needed comfort and charm. All in all it was ok for a one night...

"The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away."

"Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. "The room was clean, the TV excellent and the room quietly and comfortably cooled. It seemed a bit musty however, possibly because the room had been empty too long. It is a good sized property but there weren’t very many cars in the parking lot. "
