"Massive groups of traveling sports teams for kids 10 and up - was massively loud throughout the common areas, pool area, hallways etc. Couldn’t use one elevator as it was not working the other elevator had people stuck in it. Stairs could only be accessed from Outside the buildings. Couldn’t use pool as it was overflowing with people and kids. Kids running up and down hallways all night. Staff did nothing about anything. Was extremely disappointed and upset and staff did not care. "

"When I checked in to my room, I noticed that the beds were dirty, sheets were dirty, and pillows were dirty as well as the sheets were never changed. The bathroom was so dirty as well. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"First hotel that is in the interior and not in a tourist location charges for Parking equivalent of Airport for its guests. Even some hotels revert the parking fee for its Guests or provide an equivalent coupon. Additionally the parking was neither covered nor well maintained."

"Gave me a room that smelled like bleach at first which I could not stand. Changed to another room that had a strong perfume smell almost like someone just sprayed it. Requested another room. The 3rd room didn’t smell but had an unclean undertone. Meaning that every surface had a film on slime on top it. It was not relaxing at all and frankly cannot recommend this place. I must say that this had been one of the worst experiences from just sanitary standpoint. I would not expect to find this in...

"This property was not put together our room the toilet didn’t work we called the front desk they supposedly fixed it and they didn’t the air didn’t work we called again for that they came again and the they said they fixed it and they did not we had to have the door open the entire time of our stay I would not recommend this place."
