We are actively trying to hire more housekeepers but we are currently very understaffed in that department. I will be sure to speak to the breakfast manager because there is no reason breakfast should have been put away early. On the Sunday you checked out we did have to shut the water off for a very brief period of time, right around 1 hour, in order for the city to fix a fire hydrant that needed to be replaced. We hate to inconvenience our guests but this was a necessary repair that had to be completed. Sunday's are our slowest days during the week so that is why we scheduled this maintenance project that day. We hope you will come stay with us again to give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Our owners met at the beginning of the month and the top two projects they discussed were possibly installing an elevator and installing a hot tub. Rob,I want to apologize on behalf of the hotel and it's staff. This is unacceptable and will be taken to the Housekeeping manager immediately to be addressed. We did have multiple Front Desk Agents working that evening but one wasn't at front desk, while the other agent was running supplies and other such things to guests rooms and also helping guests with their luggage. It does get a bit chaotic when the hotel is sold out, but we work very hard to provide each guest with an experience that exceeds their expectations. I'm sorry we fell short in meeting yours. I apologize your experience at our hotel wasn't up to your expectations. Yes, we are currently under renovations it is hard for us to list that on the 3rd party websites, because whenever we have to submit a change it takes months to get approved and actually show up on the websites. We will be done with renovations by then. The pool was down but that was an unexpected mechanical issue that arose that day and was resolved the next morning.
