"There was a group reservation which took up a good portion of the dining room for supper but all of the staff tried to make sure that people in the other parts were not neglected. There were no face cloths in our room, but there was a small balcony."

"We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and housekeeping service was provided daily. Rooms are outdated. The furniture, fixtures, wall coverings, etc. need updated. They did not meet my expectations for a modern Delta property, like I have experienced at other Delta hotels in other cities. However, the beds were very comfortable! We were able to get underground parking, but be forewarned, it is VERY tight! Especially if arriving back to the hotel later in the evening, it can be a challenge...

"The breakfast was far from great and the upstairs guests woke me up very early (not super sound proof) but the hotel is nice, new, clean and safe. There a great Indian restaurant across the street too! "

"Overall, I was pretty satisfied. My flight arrived early and I appreciated that they watched my luggage in their back area so I could grab a meal until my room was ready. The check in was easy, the room was pretty clean, especially the bathroom. It had a large fridge and microwave. What I loved most of all was that it was quiet. Had a good sleep."

The room is well-maintained, and kudos to the housekeeping staff for keeping it in such good condition. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the room, both in excellent working order, and the fridge actually keeps drinks cold. The hotel is good, despite the exterior and hallways appearing a bit sketchy. My stays have always been quiet, allowing for a good night's...

"The room that we got was not clean had body hair left on the bed. Asked at the reception to get it cleaned. They said they can't get it cleaned but offered another room which was clean."

"Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were all friendly from check in/out to breakfast and lounge. My only complaint would be nothing is open to eat when you check in. Restaurant and lounge not open until later. Therefore next time we stay there coming from out of town would definitely eat before you check in "
