"Staff was Amazing , AM Midday and evening. Greetings every time. Restaurant 10/10. They have specials for week nights as well as a nice lounge on the weekends. Micheal the bartender was so nice, well presented, well manager. Imani/Amani was such a sweet server, with a blessed future a head of her. The restaurant GM has a staff that complements her very well. Front desk staff was amazing very thorough. My only issue was the POOL being out of order. That hurt my soul. Hopefully by my next booking...

"The room was a bit noisy with a pet in the next room. Alarm clock was on from prior guest and woke us up. Heat/air was loud. Flashing light on the ceiling was in my eyes all night. NO ALLERGY OPTIONS FOR CELIACS (gluten free) even though said allergy options, some didn’t for fill breakfast option with my room, frustrating!"

"Everything was fine the only issue is upon check-in they wanted to charge me $25 extra for checking in 45 minutes early after driving for 15 and a half hours I refused and came back at 3:00 but all this should be disclosed ahead of time"

"Our family had a nice stay! Other than a slight confusion on the room type we booked vs what were initially given, it was quickly resolved, and we stayed comfortably in the suite we booked. The staff we encountered were all very nice. Our room was very clean and had great amenities making our stay comfortable, especially the washer and dryer onsite. Only downside is that the shower in the suite doesn’t have a door to close off from the bedroom, which was a little inconvenient for us when kiddos...

"Tbh- everything was mid. Just not the lux I’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn.. small room charged as an executive with study.. there was no study, just a small dirty couch. The staff was awful, the breakfast attendant actually slammed the juice bar in our faces bc she didn’t like how we looked.. gave us a single towel to share, they had no coffee in the room… The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot; so I gave 2 stars for that.. "
