"Our door did not lock - the deadbolt wouldn't work. The room smelled of smoke and the bathroom smelled like weed. There was some soap, but no shampoo or body wash. The worst part was the morning. Around 8 am there was a power issue that resulted in the microwave beeping incesently. The lights didn't work either - so showers in the dark. We couldn't be happier to leave!!"

"The room was very nice and clean, but the ventilation fan ticked all night and day..it sounded like rain hitting metal. Tje toilet took 4 flushes or more to clear toilet paper."

"I was a little disappointed when upon exiting the shower I opened a towel to find it yellow with brown steaks. I reported to the front desk upon leaving and she was very responsive. I have stayed many times with this company I hope this was just a mishap. I do enjoy everything about this hotel company."
