"Room was clean with daily service. Has a lift! Visible mold in the shower. Very loud when anyone is entering or leaving their room. Old school key system, and they ask that you leave the key at the desk when going out. Staff was reserved but helpful if asked. WiFi was adequate. Location is good in a very walkable neighborhood close to good restaurants and coffee shops."

"Loved the charm of the building and the proximity to so much. A climb up the steps and we were in Principe Reale, or we could get to the metro in minutes. We loved the in-suite laundry and having two washrooms. The perk of the main floor unit was the spacious living room, the street view with shuttered windows, the back patio, and not having to climb any stairs! Ground floor of an older building did bring a bit of a damp odour, but not too bad.
Would recommend! We fell in love with Lisbon....

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Not particularly obvious to find by the address so check location on map.
On a steep hill(cobbled street) , so not ideal for people with disabilities. You cannot get dropped right at door, so short walk up hill or down a flight of steps. However a great location, down and a cross street, loads of restaurants and shops. (can recommend the Arte de brunch for breakfast/lunch) up the hill is the main nightlife area, again lots of nice restaurants and pubs some a bit...
