"Ińes who works at the front desk was amazing!!! She was so kind, so welcoming, so hospitable, and so helpful. I thought I lost my luggage and she helped me track down the taxi driver. She went above and beyond the call of duty and didn't hesitate to help me. The room was so beautiful. So many quaint details in the room, attention to detail, and warm environment. I will be back to stay in Casa Oliver and tell all my friends to stay there when in Lisbon!"
