"I’m not sure the room had been cleaned. The shower tray had dirt in it and a glass and coffee cup had obviously been used previously. The previous guest had left their swimming trunks and towel in the bathroom. The tv remote control was out of batteries. There is no service desk to call just QR codes. ..."

"They put a double bed mattress on a small base. Inevitably the sides weren't flush on the base leaning to falling out of the bed. We were moved but was disappointed because we had to travel with all our stuff to the front desk to get a code. No point calling the front desk, it's always set to busy. ..."
