"Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark on the customer with such hidden charges!!"

"The hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations. We didn’t get off to the best start as there was a storm so there was a power cut, which we know couldn’t be helped. There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning. "We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf, ook al was het maar voor één dag. Het appartement is nieuw en modern. Het is ruim, zeer verzorgd en alles was proper en netjes. De instructies waren duidelijk en werden op een vlotte manier gegeven, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Ik kan het alleen maar aanbevelen. De volgende keer dat we hier komen, kiezen we zeker voor deze plek."
