I was looking for a place to spend the night close to the Milan airport and I found this to be a great option. It is only a few minute drive to the airport. They were helpful with shuttle services. "We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again! "
