"An oasis of tranquility in Merida. The hotel is a beautiful and sympathetically restored colonial building, both in the common areas an in the guest rooms. My room was very luxurious and spacious. Comfortable large bed, great air con and shower with plenty of hot water. Nice bathroom products. Having the fridge and coffee machine was an added bonus. The staff were lovely. My only small negative was the breakfast times, which didn’t start until 08:00. This doesn’t work if you have booked a group...

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was comfortable and lovely, and the hotel itself is artfully furnished and decorated. We had a healthy and delicious breakfast. BEST thing - the concierge Edgar. Friendly and helpful, and knows anything you’d ever need to ask. What a treasure!"

"We enjoyed staying at Casa Dos Lirios for a week. It's location was outside of the bustle of downtown but was a reasonable 20 minute walk. Our only complaint was the condition of the sidewalks which made the walk a bit hazardous for an older person like me. It was very quiet - only the sounds of the tropical birds in the morning. We were served breakfast every morning by friendly and helpful staff and on the hot days the pool was delightful!"
