"Enjoyable stay!"

"Terrible freeway noise on the backside. Questionable room security. Very small room that didn't match the photos at all. Pool closed. Didn't appreciate getting cased by 3 different people poking out of their rooms upon arrival. Stayed in the room 5 minutes before we found another hotel and didn't stay the night. Our safety is worth much more than the cheap room rate."

"The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The luggage carts are a weird triangle shape so nothing fits on them. The sidewalks have huge cracks in them so the luggage carts will get stuck and all your luggage will fall off. There were blood stains on one of our comforters. "I booked and prepaid a standard King, and on arrival was told they were out and was given an accessible room, which I did not want. The receptionist (Veronica, I believe) let me know she didn't see the difference, as it's the same-size bed.
