"Navatara Hotel and their staff were exceptional. I was surprised by the service the day I arrived, and it continued to be exeptional. There were items like a beach bag, always plenty of water bottles, the room was always nice and clean, cool (AC). The breakfast was average but always plenty. The ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and always helpful and caring. Everyone kept the Hotel in great shape. The guys always took me to the beach with their truck or to see the sunset. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. And there is a lot of noise from cars from the main road, but inside the rooms it is very pleasant to be, when of course the windows are closed, the air conditioning is really fantastic. "Man wird empfangen wie in einer Jugendherberge. Es waren 2 Damen an der Reception. Es werden 2000Thb als Kaution verlangt, wenn im Zimmer was beschädigt wird. Dann wird aufgezeigt was man alles nicht darf. Ansonsten gibt's Strafe! Das Zimmer ist eigentlich schön müffelte aber. Ganz schlimm finde ich die gebrauchten Badeschlappen im Zimmer. "My room was clean and spacious, the hotel is welll maintained just a little tired in a few places. Overall had a really pleasant stay. Location is great for the beach and town. Only downside is the pool is very noisy with a daily DJ which made my room quite noisy as it was pool view. Opt for a Mountain View and go to the beach if you’re after a more sedate experience "

"Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally. Used amenities such as coffee/cream/toiletries not replaced when the room was serviced but the rooms were clean and the staff pleasant. "
