"Extremely dark rooms.Staff can be helpful and next day completely ignore your requests multiple times in a row. Rooms aren't new and you can easily see that. Mould in the shower seals, dirty toilet, hair here and there. They aren't good at cleaning. Breakfasts were pretty good, but the amount of flies that is inside the breakfast diner is crazy, you literally cannot leave your food unattended for over 10 seconds.
