"Parking was safe and easy, breakfast was not really good. No fresh fruits, and the rest was barely edible. Otherwise the overall stay was good. With rooms being spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for the near by industry."

"This property I would never go back to you. Smoking up by a false salon. Fire. 7:30 in the morning. We were told we could not have any towels. There was only two in the room for four people. The cleaning Lady would only clean after we left. When we asked her to clean our room. After the first day. She said no. There’s a big hole in the wall on the outside and on the inside. Very poor neighborhood. I would’ve rated a zero if I could."

"Convenient location, 15 min from Ohare, was in the area traveling for business and were able to navigate the area easily. Walkable area and close to shopping and restaurants. Roof top bar and restaurant had a great distant view of the Chicago skyline. Dinner was excellent, I would recommend the beet salad, and the filet mignon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. "Extremely comfortable king size bed - often overslept! Extremely comfortable A/C - never had to adjust anything. Parking near my ground floor room was very convenient. However, there was no freezer in the fridge and the only microwave available was in the food purchase room upfront."

I requested a change on the pillow case and instead of a change the pillow was removed out of our bedroom and not replaced. The bathroom seemed not properly clean. The bathtub had a rim of dirt and streak marks from previous shampoo use. The room had carpet which also seemed not vacuumed. Overall, not a good experience in this hotel"
